Important Installation & Safety Information
⚠️ Functional gap: When uninstalled, the latch head appears slightly misaligned. This is not a defect! Tightening the 4 pressure screws draws the frame together, allowing the latch to close perfectly.
⚠️ Shipping restraint: Do not cut the fastening strap on the latch head until AFTER the gate has been fully installed!
⚠️ Staircase installation: When using the gate at the top of a staircase, it must be positioned at least 20 cm before the top step and must always be installed using the wall mounting cups.
