General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between customers and the online store EXCITELUXURY.

2. Conclusion of Contract & Logistics
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon transmission of a shipping confirmation or by delivery of the goods. We reserve the right to ship orders depending on stock availability either from our own logistics center or directly to the customer via specialized partners.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices indicated are total prices. Due to the small business status pursuant to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged and therefore not shown.
For certain product groups, delivery to Germany and Italy is free of charge (€0.00). Any other shipping costs incurred are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

4. Payment & Retention of Title
Payment is made via the payment service providers offered during the ordering process (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna). The delivered goods remain the property of EXCITELUXURY until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery & Warranty
In the case of prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. Statutory liability for defects applies.

6. Right of Cancellation & Returns Processing
Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation of 14 days. To register a return, please use the contact options provided in our imprint or send us a declaration in text form. We recommend registering via your customer account to ensure faster processing.

7. Return Costs
In the event of cancellation, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation (Hygiene Articles)
The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., perfumes with opened protective film).

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
