Refund policy

Cancellation Period: 14 days – You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Please note that the right of cancellation expires prematurely for sealed goods (e.g. perfumes) if the seal has been removed after delivery.
If the goods are unopened and still originally sealed, please proceed as follows for a return:

- Send us a short e-mail with your cancellation to: info@exciteluxury.de.
- We will promptly send you all further information regarding the return shipment.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the unopened goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy

Exercising the Right of Cancellation:

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

Return Costs:
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
